IMA Himachal Pradesh (IMA HP), is the Himachal Pradesh state branch of the Indian Medical Association. IMA-HP has 11 number of branches within the state and serves the state’s patients with a combined strength of around 1000 member medical doctors who are practicing as general physicians, surgeons, hematologists, pathologists, radiologist, anaesthetist, ophthalmologist, pediatrician, orthopedician, otolaryngolist, dermatologist,gynaecologist, cardiologist and other specialities
The main objective of IMA HP is to promote and advance the medical and allied sciences in all their branches and to promote improvement of public health and medical education in the state of Himachal Pradesh. IMA HP strives to maintain the interest, honor and dignity of the medical professional, promote solidarity amongst its members and to work for uniformity in basic medical education, medical research and medical services.
